Founded in 2006, Leaning Technology is located in Yishui, Shandong Province, a beautiful thousand-year-old ancient county, covering an area of 33246 square meters, with a total investment of 120 million yuan and an annual output of 30,000 tons of various leather additives. Existing leather enzyme preparation, water field auxiliaries, resin tanning agents, fatliquoring agents, finishing agent five series, more than 100 products.

In 2015, the company established Shandong Innovation-driven Workstation and Linyi Leather Additive Engineering Technology Research Center. In 2016, the company passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 certification. In 2017, the company sponsored the Third World Leather Conference, undertook a key special project of the national 13th Five-Year Key Plan for Research and Development, and won the 2017 Duan Zhenji Leather and Shoe Science and Technology Award. In 2018, it was awarded the honorary title of outstanding Unit of China Leather Industry by China Leather Association. In 2019, the company was rated as "leather and shoe-making industry technology demonstration Enterprise". In 2020, it won the second Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Light Industry Federation and the Innovation Enterprise Award of Leather and Shoe-making Science and Technology Award. In the same year, the company, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and Jinjiang Xinyi Leather Products Co., Ltd. jointly set up Fujian Applied Technology Research and Development Center, giving full play to comprehensive advantages, to provide customers with high-quality products and  services faster and more accurately. In August 2022, the company won the fourth batch of national specialized and special "Little Giant" enterprise title, in October won the Duan Zhenji Leather and Shoe Science and Technology Award Innovation Enterprise Award.

In 2020, the company lpersisted in innovating on the basis of what has worked in the past and spanning development, successfully hosted the Shandong Province “Skills for Prospering Shandong” vocational skills Competition -- "Leaning Cup" Shandong Province New Material Creative Leather Competition, providing a technical exchange platform for leather elite talents and show the style of craftsmen. In December 2021, the company hosted the second “ Development of Shandong Encouraged by Science and Technology” vocational skills Competition -- "Leaning Cup" Shandong Province New Material Creative Tanning Competition.
